After teasing some of its newest SUV releases, the Lagos-based Nigerian automaker, Nord Motors finally unveiled its two sets of vehicles on the 27th of October, 2023. The vehicles are the all-new Nord A5 and Nord Demir SUVs.
These vehicles are to join the company’s already growing vehicle collection which includes the Nord A3, Nord Max, Nord Flit, Nord Tank, Nord Yarn, and the Nord Lasgi.
While the automaker has finally unveiled these new SUV lineups, the brand is still quiet about its technical and performance features. However, Nord notes that these SUVs exude class, reliability, safety, and excellence. Speaking about the vehicles, Nord Motors states: “They are built to last and as an epitome of primacy.”
The Nord A5 launches with Nord Motors’ signature blue exterior with black details. According to the brand, the A5 SUV has impressive performance, safety, and reliability, and the vehicle is “carefully crafted with style, great interior and high-quality parts.”
While Nord Motors does not reveal the engine capacity the vehicle is equipped with, what’s known is that the company notes that it produces 174 horsepower.
For the Nord Demir, much is not known about the vehicle at the moment. However, from its exterior look, the vehicle shares some exterior design similarities with the 4th generation of the Toyota Land Cruiser, and comes in the signature black color of the Land Cruiser. An entirely new addition to the automaker’s car collection, it’s described as “strong, elegant, reliable, safe and efficient.”
