Who knew you could bring a vehicle into a penthouse? A Chinese billionaire has done exactly that. He has gone through extreme measures to bring his N2.5 billion Rolls Royce into his Penthouse living room.

The billionaire’s condo is on the 44th floor of the penthouse. To bring in his Rolls Royce, he used a lifter that towed the Rolls Royce for more than 170 meters up the side of a skyscraper.

The company that lifted the Rolls Royce noted that lifting the vehicle into the billionaire’s living room was tricky as the car weighs 2.5 tons.

The company said: “It took a lot of calculations and experiments to tow it up before we started to do this. The engineering department of the real estate firm completed the whole process.”

To lift the Rolls Royce, it was placed on a custom-built iron cage that was lifted by three steel cables alongside the building’s wall. When the car reached the 44th floor, it was then pulled up using steel ropes.

The moment the vehicle entered the Penthouse, it was then driven and properly parked. The company said the project took a lot of planning and calculation.

However, it’s not known if the owner will ever drive the Rolls Royce or if it’s for decoration.
