A new electric bike called the Hydrofoiler SL3 has been revealed, and it can glide on the water at a speed of 12.4 miles per hour!

Created by a company in New Zealand called Manta5, the bike works by having the rider pedal to spin a propeller at the back, which is helped by an electric motor to gain speed. Once it’s going fast enough, the bike’s hydrofoil wings lift it up, allowing it to glide over the water’s surface, and it can even be launched solely by the motor, making it an eco-friendly alternative to jet skis.

Riders can learn how to use it in just 40 minutes, and it’s designed to handle both freshwater and saltwater conditions.
