A viral video has been making the rounds on social media, showing officials from the Federal Road Safety Corps parking on a prominent roadway without using a warning triangle to alert other drivers. This act of irresponsibility has been criticized by an online critic who goes by the name Verydarkman. In the video, Verydarkman can be seen confronting the officials and accusing them of not practising what they preach. This resulted in a heated argument between the two parties.

In a recent showdown, the Nigerian cyber warrior, Martins Vincent Otse, better known as VeryDarkman, called out a squad of Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) officials for their apparent disregard for road usage regulations. VeryDarkman’s eagle eye caught sight of an FRSC van taking a breather on a bustling road and an officer engrossed in some vehicle repairs. Without skipping a beat, he approached them, demanding to know why they hadn’t adhered to the mandatory placement of a warning triangle on the road, a requirement specified in the Road Use Act.

In a video making waves, right when Verydarkman laid down the law, the officer swiftly hopped back into the vehicle, seemingly eager to zoom off with his colleague.

But the spirited TikToker drove home the point that they were breaking the same rules they wield to seize people’s vehicles, and he was determined to serve them a taste of their own medicine.

While VeryDarkman was speaking his mind, the FRSC official began hurling insults at him, prompting him to retaliate in kind. He didn’t hold back, even delivering a clear threat of a physical showdown, to beat him up.
