The previous output used to be 296 hp, giving the van a decent amount of punch. For 2021 the Sienna features a smaller 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with two electric motors. As a result, power output decreases significantly to 245 hp. However, the upside is the improved fuel-efficiency figures you’ll enjoy far more often.
Less power makes the 2021 Toyota Sienna much slower to 60 mph. According to Car and Driver, the 2021 model completed the run in just 7.7 seconds during its official testing. In contrast, the previous generation could reach 60 mph in just 6.8 seconds, keeping up with the Honda Odyssey. You’ll reach 100 mph in about 21 seconds, says Car and Driver.
The 2021 Sienna is Faster than the Ferrari 308 GTB
