This recent video that surfaced online shows the various vintage classic cars people drove to a Father’s Day car event in Lagos, Nigeria.

These cars were once popularly driven in Nigeria and were mostly found amongst the rich and wealthy. Today, they’ve been overtaken by other luxury cars like the Mercedes Benz G63, Lamborghini models, Maybachs, Rolls-Royce, and Range Rover’s latest models from their redesign.

At this event held on the 18th of June, 2023, several classic cars that were once the “talk of the town” were spotted at the event. Some of the old-school cars include a

  • Vintage Mustang,
  • vintage Toyota Crown,
  • 1990 Jaguar Classic,

and many others.

However, from the video, many social media users realised that one vintage car that’s particularly Nigerian, the Peugeout 504, was not spotted at the event.
