On Thursday, April 14, the State Police Command in Minna, Niger state, released a statement through the Spokesman, DSP Wasiu Abiodun. The statement revealed that a man named Bashir had killed his friend, Hassan Shehu, in the Tudun-Fulani area of Bosso Local Government Area in Niger State.
Hassan Shehu was a 25-year-old businessman stabbed in the neck by his supposed best friend, who is now on the run. As the event is still unfolding, a Facebook user named Kira Miraj King took to Facebook to throw more light on the story.
According to his statement, he notes that Bashir lured his elder brother on the 12th of April to his house under the pretence of available gold jewellery for sale. He also asked Hassan to bring 5 million Naira, but he only went with 3.5 million Naira.

In the following story, after getting to his friend’s house was getting stabbed, and his friend disappeared with his car, two phones, and the 3.5 million Naira.
According to the PPRO, the case is still undergoing investigation, and efforts are being made to apprehend the suspect.
