From the video, mechanics in Lagos are seen trying to drain the water that has been soaked up by the vehicle. The video does not specify whether the vehicle was damaged by flood or by rain beating it where it was parked.
However, the mechanic was able to identify the parts in the vehicle that were damaged by the rain, and according to feedback on the post, it will cost hundreds of thousands to fix those issues.
