“E No Sweet For Eyes At All”: Car Enthusiasts Disappointed With The Redesign of the 2024 Lexus GX550

This video right here shows how disappointed many car enthusiasts in Nigeria are with the redesign of the 2024 Lexus GX550, which has just been revealed.

The video shows the 2024 Lexus GX redesigned with an earth bi-tone colour that comes with Lexus Safety+ 3.0, 33-inch all-terrain tires, 349 horsepower, and 479 pound-feet of torque, 3.4-litre twin-turbo V6 engine. 

Although the video review of the car describes the 2024 Lexus GX as “evolving”, most car enthusiasts are disappointed with the redesign of the vehicle.

The video, which was posted by the car review page @carcontinent, captioned the post: 

“A walk around the 2024 Lexus GX550. Do you guys like the designe? For me it’s a NO but I know it will grown in on us so at the end of the day we will end up loving it because its here to stay. What are your thoughts?”

Its design has remained same since its 1985 launch. Americans wanted that car but it’s banned from US (it doesn’t meet Emmission standards). So Toyota made this new 2024 Lexus GX to look like that vehicle, even gave it same desert color and launch it in America. At the same time they released Lexus TX, a more portable, fancy 3 rows SUV, and used it to replace the old 2023 GX lineup. This 2024 Lexus GX will sell like hotcakes. I’ve been awake since it was launched at midnight. I have never seen this kind of reaction to a vehicle.”
