Here’s a look at the long-awaited vehicle that’s to succeed the Lexus LFA. Many have been waiting for this car for so long, and the final look makes all the wait worth it.
This LFA successor looks longer and wider than its predecessor, with a prominent hood and massive black wheels with blue callipers. It’s unclear whether this colourway will be available for the production model, but there’s hope it does.
The vehicle’s powertrain will be electric, and there’s more good news because Toyota, Lexus’ parent company, is currently working on a manual gearbox for EVs. Ordinarily, electric vehicles use a single-speed, direct-drive transmission.

However, Toyota wants to create a state-of-the-art manual to make the car more fun to drive.
This new Lexus LFA is also rumoured to be fitted with a battery pack ranging from 400 to 450 miles. In terms of performance, the expectation is that it’ll go from 0-60mph in 2 seconds or less.
When the first Lexus LFA came out, people loved it because of the sound its V10 engine produced. But the new LFA is electric, so it’ll be completely silent.
However, the company has scheduled the production of the vehicle until 2030. Lexus is taking a big risk with the new LFA.
This means they are working to make sure it’ll be spectacular.
