Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, is said to have sold his helicopter with the registration number 5NEAA. According to reports, the helicopter was purchased in September 2020 to transport the pastor and other church executives throughout the world to preach the gospel.
The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) suspended the helicopter from flying in April 2021 due to allegedly outdated documentation and spare parts that needed to be updated. The whole expense of keeping the helicopter for a single month, according to Church Gist, was almost N123 million.
According to the news source, the famed gospel preacher has decided to sell the plane. It was also reported that the aircraft’s managers demanded N20 million every month in nav fees.

According to reports, the 79-year-old man of God has resorted to using Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church’s helicopter for his missionary journeys.
Meanwhile, Oyedepo claimed that in April 1982, God showed him wings, indicating that the ministry he was called to shepherd would operate with “aircraft.” As a result, the Living Faith Church purchased a hangar to handle her aircraft, substantially lowering the costs of operation.
