Dr Alex Otti has been sworn in as the new governor of Abia state, Otti took his oath of office at midday during the inauguration held at the Umuahia Township Stadium.
He was sworn in by the Abia Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Lilian Abai, with Otti ‘s deputy, Ikechi Valentine Emetu present.
