Niger Takes Delivery of newly acquired armoured Toyota Land Cruisers Buffalos

The Niger State Government has received some bulletproof vehicles to combat banditry and other security issues in the state. The vehicles will be distributed to the police and other security organizations throughout the state. The government of Niger State has begun taking delivery of the newly acquired armoured Toyota Land Cruisers Buffalos in response to the security issues plaguing the state.

Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago, who received the first batch of the vehicles at the Government House, expressed his administration’s determination to tackle terrorism, banditry, and other forms of criminal activity. He hopes acquiring the vehicles will strengthen the government’s efforts to protect the state from bandits and criminals.

The governor stated that “peace guarantees development” and assured the people that the government would not rest until peace was restored in all of the states. However, he did not disclose the cost of the vehicles or the number purchased. He did mention that the government would also purchase other security gadgets to aid in combating criminal activities in the state.
