Dodge has recently announced the world’s first and only electric muscle car, the 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona, which delivers an impressive 670 horsepower and is expected to reach 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds!
The Charger will be available in two trims: the all-electric, all-wheel-drive Scat Pack and R/T models. These models feature a 400V propulsion system and a patent-pending Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust that produces a distinctive sound.
The two-door coupe versions are set to launch in mid-2024, while the four-door models and gas-powered Charger SIXPACK offerings will start production in the first quarter of 2025.
The all-new Dodge Charger is the first fully electrified muscle car to join the Dodge Brotherhood of Muscles. The next-generation Dodge Charger models are the first vehicles to debut the STLA Large platform, a highly flexible, BEV-native platform with the potential to carry extreme power.
