“This is the driving trick I use whenever I get to an unfamiliar road and it’s flooded. The first thing I do is to first park at a safe spot and observe the road. I would always wait for another car of relatively my car size to come in front of me and I then follow up. I observe to see the path the car ahead of me takes and I then follow up. Some of the agberos on the flooded road can be helpful at times and at the same time be dubious. They would just direct you wrong until you get stuck. They will then charge you to get your car out for you. Previously, I made a post where they frustrated a foreigner who they gave false direction until his car got stuck. They billed him 50k to help him out. That post motivated me to make this content. Take this my approach when you get to an unfamiliar road that is flooded and thank me later. I hope this helps.”
