A yet-to-be-identified man on Sunday, March 9, suffered harassment from a police officer along the East-West road.
According to the victim, he was headed to church in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, when he was accosted by the overzealous bribe-seeking officers.
In the trending video, one of the police officers can be seen wielding a stick to use on the victim. The policeman proceeded to slap and hit the victim who wondered what his crime was to warrant such harassment.
