A recent video that surfaced online shows how a malfunctioning traffic light in Abuja confused drivers who were driving through the road.
In the video, the traffic light blinks red and green, with drivers not knowing which to adhere to as it continues to fluctuate.
According to the comments, this traffic issue is in Gwarinpa, Abuja. At first, drivers were confused as to whether to move or stop. Many drivers had no option other than to drive through without obeying the traffic sign.
