West Coast Customs recently designed a custom-made Rolls Royce for Justin and Hailey Bieber.

It started with the 103EX, the concept car Rolls-Royce unveiled a few years back. Justin Bieber wanted to buy the car then, but Rolls Royce notified him that it wasn’t on sale, so he called Ryan Friedlinghaus, the founder and CEO of West Coast Customs, and asked if he could build one for him.

Of course, the CEO agreed with Justin and Hailey’s combined net worth of over $300 million.
For the concept car, Friedlinghaus and the team at West Coast Customs used a Rolls-Royce Wraith as the base for the car.
They started by fitting massive wheel covers that conceal the tires to make the car look floating.
They moved forward to attach new fenders, new bumpers at the front and the rear, and new taillights.
Lastly, they used gloss silver and matte grey for the exterior.
The car’s cabin looks normal compared to the car’s exterior.
Most of it is still in factory condition, except for the new audio setup in the trunk and the upgraded upholstery to match the exterior.
Unsurprisingly, the result of the car is outstanding.
Justin Bieber and Hailey now own a Rolls Royce that looks precisely like the 103EX, and the car is road legal.
