Meet the production BMW XM SUV and it looks even better than the concept thanks to a smaller and more aggressive LED-lit grill. 21in wheels are standard but up to 23in lightweight wheels are on offer. The styling is nearly identical to the concept with split lights, a coupe-like roofline, stacked exhausts and a unique side trim bar.

Well, here we have a new generation of the TT 4.4L V8 adapted to work with an electric motor powered by a 25.7kWh battery. Here it makes 653HP and 590 lb-ft of torque to all four wheels while able to travel 30miles in EV mode.
The XM Label Red is coming next year with 735HP and 735 lb-ft of torque. It gets a new hybrid M-xDrive system with a rear locking differential. It weighs 6,062lbs (2,750kg). 0-60 is claimed at “4.1sec” with an optional 168MPH TopSpeed.
BMW says it has a 50/50 weight distribution and a low centre of gravity for an SUV. It also has an M sport differential, active roll stabilization, and rear steering. Inside is also identical to the concept with iDrive 8, a familiar BMW steering wheel, and funky use of materials like the sculptural headliner and the Vintage Coffee Merino leather. It will enter production in South Carolina later this year.
The exterior design is more angular and imposing than many of BMW’s other SUVs. The large kidney grilles up front are flanked by split headlights like those on the latest X7. A strong, accented character line rises along the side and kicks up at the rear doors as a nod to the classic BMW Hofmeister kink. There are BMW logos engraved into each upper corner of the rear window, and the aggressive-looking taillights wrap around the sides. Quad exhaust tips and diffuser elements give the rear bumper a racy look. 23-inch wheels are standard, but 22-inches are optional, and BMW says the smaller size saves weight.
