Prominent businessman and popular auto dealer Alhaji Chief Lanre Akanni Shittu (Chairman of Lanre Shittu Motors) has passed on.
Though details surrounding his death are still sketchy, sources close to the family of the big-time auto merchant and socialite have confirmed the development to Carmart Nigeria.
Alh. Shittu, whose company is the number one dealer for Mack Trucks in Africa turned 65 last month, January 8, 2023.
He was celebrated by many friends, families and business associates who had tasted his kind gestures.
On his 64th birthday last year, he was treated to a very private surprise soiree by his youngest wife, Ebunoluwa Oyinda Shittu, a lawyer and businesswoman at a private venue in Lagos.
