American Rapper, Kanye West Shares Plans About Building A Car Made With Foam

The name of the car company will be referred to as “Donda Industrial Design,” and it’s working on a wild off-roader car.

To so many, this news does not come as a surprise to them, because it’s not the first time that Kanye West has ventured into something else outside of his musical career and totally killed it. 

This extremely talented Rapper has launched his new automobile endeavour called Donda Industrial Design and the project will be headed up by footwear designer and longtime West collaborator Steven Smith.

Details of the car have not been released by the brand but following the announcement was an intriguing tease of the car.

The brand has noted that the car would be called, the “Donda Foam Vehicle,” and is said to be conceptualized, designed, and manufactured in the United States.

The car tease shown by the brand appears to have some similarities with the Ukranian Sherp truck Kanye owns and drove in a McDonald’s Super Bowl commercial this year.

Some of the features the car will be coming with include a cab-forward design and a slab-sized passenger compartment with an extra long wheelbase and oversize “tweels.”

Tweels are airless tires and wheel combinations that use flexible spokes instead of an air-filled chamber and can continue to work even when it is punctured.

In a recent statement, Steven Smith says, “I’m honored to help create our shared vision of the future. Mr West is the single most inspiring creative I have ever worked with.”

Many have speculated that given the relationship between Elon Musk and Kanye West, the car might be built using Tesla technology. Yet, neither Kanye or Musk has said anything.
