One of the Chinese car distributors in Nigeria, GAC, has launched the most affordable electric car in the country: the Wuling Binguo EV. This model was first unveiled by Ola of Lagos.

The Wuling Binguo EV was introduced through a partnership between the well-known businessman Obi Cubana and Jubril Arogundade, the General Manager of GAC Motors Nigeria. Obi Cubana has also recently launched Enviable Transport, a car-hailing service in Abuja, which aims to use electric vehicles, specifically the Wuling Binguo EV.

The Wuling Binguo EV is a compact, four-door, five-seater electric car. In terms of performance, the Wuling Binguo boasts a significantly optimized endurance version, achieving a CLTC range of 410 kilometres thanks to its larger battery capacity.
The car’s dimensions include a body size of 3950 17081580 mm, a long wheelbase of 2560 mm, and a generous trunk capacity of 790 litres, which surpasses that of its competitors in the same category. It is designed to meet users’ expectations for spacious new energy travel, enhancing the overall travel experience.
