“I bought the Range Rover Autobiography LWB in 2020 for N110 million. I’m trying to upgrade just three years later, and the same vehicle is N350 million. GTFOH! 😯 There is not much difference in the SUVs other than the front grill, the two lines on the side of the new one, and a few changes to the interior. Why is it unattainable now? Nigeria will not kill us with this dollar hike, mehn! Is there any hope with the exchange rate? Is it coming down soon? Ever? This can’t be our permanent reality, naw! 😪”
According to her caption, the price of the 2020 Range Rover Autobiography LWB has increased by over 200% since 2020. And for a vehicle that cost N110 million when it first came into the market, the prices have tripled.
The insane increase in the price of the Range Rover Autobiography in Nigeria today is not due to the Range Rover having a good market value in Nigeria, rather, it’s a result of the increased cost of living + the devaluation of the Naira, which has affected prices of commodities.
