Hyundai is virtually all-in on its electrification efforts, but it has not abandoned the SUVs that have propelled it to this point. As a result, the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe will be completely redesigned, marking the model’s first complete redesign since 2018 and introducing a significant visual upgrade.

Hyundai is taking a bold step with the all-new Santa Fe with a dramatic styling change to be boxier than ever. Gone are the curves and luxury look in favour of a Defender-looking “lifestyle” SUV. It debuts a new styling language too with an H pattern in the LED lights. The wheelbase is now longer too as has the tailgate.

We don’t have specs or details on the new Santa Fe’s specs and configuration, but the images Hyundai shared appear to show a 2.5T badge and HTRAC script on the rear of the SUV. The automaker plans to share more detail during a full launch of the Santa Fe next month on YouTube. Hyundai also recently showed off the Ioniq 5 N, so it’s shaping up to be a busy year for the Korean automaker.
Inside is fresh, modern, spacious, and high-tech with loads of physical buttons, separate climate controls, a new driver control panel, and plenty of USB ports for everyone in the car. Upfront is a 12.3in curved touchscreen along with a 12.3in digital cluster.
Hyundai has made use of a slew of sustainable materials inside from recycled plastics.
