Many who saw the video believed it was a road in Lagos, as Lagos has been known to deal with extreme floods during the rainy season. However, it happens to be that the incident occurred in Abuja on the 21st of June.

The Honda Accord is seen struggling to move through the flooded road. However, the sea of water surrounding the road makes it extremely difficult for the vehicle to step an inch as the driver had no choice but to remain inside the flood water.
