A video that surfaced online shows the moment Hushpuppi was praising his close friend, Mr Woodberry, for being the first to purchase a Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
The video was from years before the Internet fraudster and his close associate, Mr Woodberry, got arrested by the Dubai police in 2020.
In the throwback video, Mr Woodberry is seen dancing and celebrating as Hushpuppi rains praise him, saying: “Congrats my brother, the first person to own a Cullinan wey we see am physical.”

However, earlier in the month, Mr Woodberry reached a plea deal with the United States of America, where he pleaded guilty to involving a business email compromise (BEC) scheme. The internet fraudster agreed to pay $8 million to victims and forfeit his luxury assets in Dubai.
The luxury assets forfeited include his Rolls-Royce Cullinan, a Lamborghini Urus, a Mercedes-Benz G-class, and several luxury wristwatches.
