“That’s A Lot Of Work. Kudos”: As Man Shows How He Manages To Drive While Using Wheelchair

Many people wonder how wheelchair users manage to enter and drive their cars when they are alone and have no help. Well, a certain black man who uses a wheelchair has given people a tip on how he manages to enter and drive his car while using a wheelchair.

In the video, he shows how he enters by first carrying his legs inside the vehicle, then lifting his body into the car, then folding his wheelchair and throwing it into the passenger seat before he then drives off.

Since posting the video, it has gone viral, with many commending him for his courage and admiring his strength.

@drknively said: “I broke my ankle in 2021 and I needed to be able to drive so I went on Amazon and I purchase the hand gears for my car and of course initially it was a learning curve but it was the best thing I could’ve did for myself to help me in my situtation And once my ankle was healed, it was weird going back driving the regular way at first.”
