A black mom has had to return the Tesla car she bought her daughter for her sweet 16 birthday and has now replaced it with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic.
Recall in a previous post where a black mom bought her daughter a Tesla for her 16th birthday, and the daughter rejected the car and said she preferred a pink Mercedes. The mother, who was disappointed, had no other choice than to return the car.
In a recent post, the woman explained that she and her husband came to a better decision to “teach her a lesson,” and the decision was not to get her the pink Mercedes. So, instead of a Mercedes, both parents got her a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic.

The mother explains in the video: “Hubby just came back with my daughter’s car. Her dad feels like she needs this type of car since she wasn’t appreciative of the vehicle we got her for her sweet 16.”
The video also shows the moment the girl came out to see her new pink Mercedes only to be met with a red 2015 Chevrolet Sonic, which she hated even more and asked if she could get the Telsa back. Her mom refused, telling her she had no option but to accept the Chevrolet. She rejects it, but the disappointed mom is fixed on making sure she drives this new car.
